The Social Justice Portal Project is excited to announce the release of “Horizon,” a new music video by Portal Project Artist-In-Residence and acclaimed musician Taína Asili. Horizon invites listeners to envision a world beyond racial capitalism, one that embraces liberatory possibilities, and values people and the planet in sustainable and healthy ways.

Horizon is the last song in the Justice Suite, a three-part series of music and film interventions based on the Portal Project themes of abolition, climate justice, and economic democracy. The suite combines arts, scholarship and social justice themes to give the public a view into the concepts explored by the participants in the think tank.
